I reside in Lafayette, California, a quaint hamlet of the East Bay, in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area. I picked up a camera at the age of eleven and photography became my passion. A love for the medium that has grown in exponential amounts ever since.

With the highest level of photographic knowledge and expertise, I’ve produced hundreds of assignments in studio and on-location, creating quality impactful imagery for clients and major studios worldwide; in-studio and on-location, pre production to set to post production, projects and campaigns from concept to delivery. My work has been published in hundreds of ads, books, catalogs, publications and sites worldwide including Amazon, American Express, Backpacker, California Tourism, Discovery, ESPN, Fuji Film, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, MTV Networks, National Geographic, Newsweek, The New York Times, The North Face, Nikon, REI, Sunset, Timex, The Travel Channel, Via, and Vogue. I’ve led live and online photo workshops, multi-media digital presentations with field sessions, lectured at large events for industry leading companies like Tamron and BetterPhoto, and appeared on various tv, radio, and podcast shows.

I've written numerous articles for major photography and travel publications (Marin, Outdoor Photographer, Photoshop User, Petersen’s Photographic, Shutterbug) and online forums (Engadget, Kelby Media, DP Review, Kolo, VeryBusy). I've also produced three how-to videos on the Nik Collection for Peach Pit Press.
