Ideas are only as good as their plan.

Ideas are good when you share them. Ideas are great when you implement them.

When sharing an idea, have a plan on how it can be accomplished. Before I share one, I utilize my experience and knowledge, study our capabilities, research the various steps, and determine how it fits into our current system. Once an idea is in place, through input and iterations it evolves, improves, grows, and its potential is maximized.

Promote the free flow of ideas, but also encourage self-reliance to make an idea come to fruition.
